Neural Manifestation
I made each of you a promise, very early on. No spam. If I had nothing to say, I wouldn’t say just anything. And that’s the result of the last 1.5 weeks: I sat, I put myself in the position for my “creative genius,” (as Elizabeth Gilbert coins it), to come visit me, and that little SOB never showed up. So after a few days of cursing her name and trying to force her to show, I surrendered to the fact that this was not her fault…it was eclipse season, it was mercury in retrograde, it was..time to hibernate.
The things that come to the surface when you still the water is, CRAZY. The speed at which we move these days and how dependent we are on distraction, results in layers of sedimented suppression.
In surrender and stillness, I was as imperfect as they come. Thinking about all the things I needed to do in my life, what I was looking forward to/hoping for in the future, what I wanted or thought I needed. I wasn’t physically anywhere other than the present, but my mind did the cardio for me.
-
The next series of thoughts, as my habits have me well trained,
“Manifest it, all of it,” and the little devil on my opposing shoulder tried to kick me while I was still, “You’ll give up before you even get started.”
See that’s the thing no one talks about in manifestation practices. No one warns you about the valleys. You can learn how to manifest, you can learn your manifestation style, you can have a billion manifestations come through – and you are not safe from the intrusive thoughts of unworthiness or incapability even, when you’ve proven otherwise.
It’s the human condition. To have a mind, a soul, and a body.
And the soul’s intuition can know, in it’s most authentic form, how to attract all of the goodness you deserve. But the mind cannot help itself, because the mind isn’t just you – it’s a collection of everyone and anyone you’ve ever known.

And then the better part of me, reminded itself:
I changed my own life through Neural Manifestation before.
I can do it again.
And I want you to do it with me:
The Start to Neural Manifestation
Step 1: What do you want? And believe you deserve it.
Observation: Often how we feel about what we want, was passed down to us – from our families or our friends.
Action: Learn to decipher if the feeling you carry towards what you want or don’t, is your own.
Result: Believing you deserve your desires.
You learn what you want vs what someone else wants you to want. You learn what you believe society or your circle, will “love you” for wanting, – that maybe isn’t your desire, or maybe it is.
Step 2: What triggers or irritates you?
Observation: Look at what irritates you. These are signals from your Ego, of what you desire based on what others possess or have achieved.
Action: Identify the difference between envy & jealousy.
Envy: is the feeling of wanting something that someone else has.
Jealousy: is the fear of losing something you are, or losing something you have, because someone else’s presence feels threatening.
Result: What irritates us about others lives, can often tell us about what we desire, or don’t.
Step 3: Find your Expanders & Mentors
Observation: Who are the characters in your life or in the world, that show you the possibilities of what you desire, beyond your current reality?
Action: Listen to these individuals stories, put yourself in their environments, reach out to them, make the connection.
Result: Your possibilities expand the more you provide yourself with real examples, mentors, guides, and expanders. You will become your environment.
This is just the foundation, I’ve found its good to start here and get clear.
I had to become a student of this again, and it’s likely not the last time. It would be too precious to think that if you manifest once, the muscle stays flexed.
Time to exercise.
Happier you’re here,
Kenny
P.S. – My mom has always been a big manifester – but not in a curriculum, regimented way. What Human Design would call, “non-specific.” Which Ironically, is my manifestation style.
All that to say, I highly recommend looking into your Human Design profile and learning these parts of how you uniquely thrive. (MyHumanDesign App)
I also have been a part of the To Be Magnetic community for almost a year now, and although I’m not as consistent as I’d like. It has helped me uncover hard truths that have propelled me in the most incredible ways. (To Be Magnetic App)
